Check-in opens at 08:00. We won’t be able to let you in earlier, so plan accordingly.

If you attended the precon, remember to bring your name badge!

If today is your first day, have your QR ticket ready for scanning by our volunteers. Once checked in, you’ll receive:

Keep or recycle your name badge! If you’re attending a postcon, make sure you bring it on Friday, as you won’t be able to enter without it. If not, please recycle your name badge by dropping it in the lanyard recycling box by the exit ♻️

You can hang your winter coats and leave your bags/suitcases in Sal 12 or Sal 13 on the lower level. These rooms are unattended, so you leave your items at your own risk.

🎀 Keynote

Make sure to arrive early in order to secure your spot for the live keynote in Sal 1! It only seats the first 352 attendees.

The keynote will be streamed to Sal 2 for everyone else.

Make sure you plan out which sessions you would like to attend prior to the day.

You will have little to no time to read up on the sessions and move from session to session during the day, so planning the most important sessions will be important for your learning experience.

Please also note that some sessions can be filled up, and due to safety rules from the venue we will not be able to go over the capacity of the specific theatre. Being early will therefore ensure you a spot.

We will wrap up the conference day with a raflle of fabulous prices provided by our Fabric February sponsors.

Make sure to secure a spot in Sal 1 from 17:00 to be included in the raffle.

If you would like to continue the networking and conversations, you are more than welcome to join the after party at Nydalen Bryggeri og Spiseri from 18:00. Everyone covers their own food and drinks.
